Vintage Napier "Perfectly Framed" gold tone necklace and earrings set. Vintage costume designer signed estate jewelry from the 1980s. This is a nice pair of Napier necklace and earring set that is gold tone set. The earrings are a small simple design that is about 3/8" in size and the necklace is 16". Also incudes a small silver tone frame. Still in the original packaging.
