Hello, my husband and I are looking for a rent home or a rent to own home in kingwood…. We kind of have an unsual situation and we are looking for someone who can work with us. My husband has started a new job in kingwood and needs to be super close as he is the store manager and on call… but our budget is definitely not in the budget it seems. We are looking for a 2bed place for no more than 1200/m another issue is our credit score as our score is kinda low but we have been working real hard to get it up… but it was from credit card debt and medical bills from 6 years ago when I became pregnant and found myself without work. We have been working really hard to get it back up and it’s slowly going up. My husband has started a new job in kingwood and we have his offer letter proving  his annual salary along with Stubbs we just really need to get into a home with good schools for our daughters.  We have good rental history and no evictions or criminal history at all, we are just a young family needing someone to give us a chance on a place to live.
