Original owners have a clear title and are selling this lightly used 35-foot Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite Series Model 8312SS featuring a bunkhouse floor plan that sleeps up to ten people as well as an outside kitchen. It is ready to head straight to the campsite, includes all kitchenware, glasses, dishes, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, hoses for water and sewer hookups and new in box gas grill. When the trailer was not in use it was stored in an enclosed storage unit.
Mechanical
The trailer is on a 30-amp service, which has a 15,000 BTU ducted cooling system as well as a furnace. There are two powered slide outs, one in the living area and one in the rear bunkhouse. There are two power awnings that cover the length of the trailer, has 4 power stabilizing jacks and a powered tongue jack. Has a 43-gallon water fresh tank, 38-gallon black tank, a 38-gallon grey tank.
Sleeping arrangements
The trailer has a queen bed in the front bedroom with two twin size beds and one “couch” that folds to a queen bed in the rear, a sleeper sofa and the dinette folds down for sleeping as well.
Entertainment
There are 3 televisions, the living area has a large television and there is one in each of the bedrooms. Genesis stereo that is Bluetooth compatible with interior and exterior speakers
Kitchen
Indoor kitchen features a Dometic refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and dual basin sink. Outside kitchen features a sink, refrigerator, microwave, a two-burner cooktop, drawer and cabinet storage. The trailer has the gas lines ran to attach the grill to, no need for extra propane bottles.
