If anyone knows of a rental house for lease please let me know! We are in the front of kingwood paying 1200 for a 3bed/2bath, but we are flexible with our budget and can go up to 1350. we would be flexible with a two bedroom, if master bed was large or was a 2bed with a den. Our landlord was affected by Covid and has to move back in, so we cannot renew this year. We have EXCELLENT rental history and can provide references. We have kids so we are looking for a LONG TERM lease option. Please spread the word and help us find our new home! We are great renters who take pride in where we live and can promise to income qualify, and take care of the home.
