1940 Commencement Memorabilia from Chicago's Lane Technological College Prep High School
"Lane Tech" to this day is one of this Country's most renowned and cherished High Schools and sadly gave up many of it's own to WWII.
This includes Yearbook, Commencement booklets from the last first year group of Grads going straight into WWII Also a Variety of pins, papers, and School ROTC pins and two commencement tickets for the ceremony that was held at the original International Amphitheatre and the tassel from My Uncles Cap. Selling as a set only.
There is also a Comemmorative Pin of Lane Tech HS from the 1933-34 World's Fair.
Lane Tech invited the brightest of bright of every Nationality in Chicago, to attend there, some who were working part time and some even full time to help support their families during WWI and the Great Depression.
