Coach Paula helps entrepreneurs solve the problem of work/life balance that may cause stress and unproductive work time, which can lead to financial stress. She understands that newer entrepreneurs may be feeling unbalanced, tired, frustrated, scared, and ready to get a real j.o.b. (She did that, and it wasn’t working).

 
Coach Paula is a former Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Certified Health Coach, Author, and Speaker best known for the Gut-Brain Connection. But more than that she is a collaborator, challenging and motivating women to find the healthiest, best versions of themselves. She works with clients in groups by leading masterminds, masterclasses, and workshops. She also helps those who need one-on-one guidance with health or family issues such as those with ADHD, working systematically to understand the gut-brain connection and how to incorporate more natural healing into their busy lives.

We provide a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented opportunity for members to share and experience with other talented individuals. The focus includes vision and goals for personal and business success, using a range of topics, while supporting each other.

The supportive and educational environment provides a powerful experience for members, often creating long-term relationships and working collaborations. 






I provide interactive and creative (results-oriented opportunities) for the client to discover strengths and challenges and begin to make changes through the coaching process. The focus includes goals of personal, business and home-life success around topics pertaining to health- of self or family, education, finances, and spiritual connectedness. Some families I have helped with are, Child has ADHD, Helped mom create routines, Chore charts, healthy eating plans for the family etc. Helped with child in one on one tutoring type manner.  

 This supportive learning environment provides a powerful experience for clients, often creating long-term success. We use tools and resources specifically designed for the clients needs for a successful outcome. Maybe you have been feeling off, not really sure what is going on… partnering with me, I can help you quickly zero in on what is going on. From my experience as a health coach, I can often help people regain energy and stamina, prioritize yourself and your mental and physical health so you can be and do your best for yourself and others!
