Our Special Reserve
The saying that all good things are better with age is proven in this Straight Whiskey that we sent back to the barrels to relax a bit longer. This special reserve's deep, dark, and rich in color with a smokier flavor to warm your spirits. Supply is limited, get'em while you can.
90 proof - Tastes great neat or on the rocks and pairs well with friends, tall tales and cigars.
| Old Humble Straight Whiskey
A salute to the wildcats, the pioneers of the oilfield. Without them, Humble wouldn't be what it is today. We honor those great folks and their determination to fuel the nation with our Old Humble Straight Whiskey. While wildcats tend to be a bit rough around the edges, we made this 90% corn and 10% barley whiskey with a soft and sweet finish. Aged for five years in bourbon barrels, handcrafted, and bottled right here in Humble, Texas. 90 proof

| Old Humble Double Oak Straight RyeWhiskey
The first American whiskey was rye whiskey. Our Double Oak Straight Rye Whiskey isn't your Great Uncle Jonas's dusty old world whiskey, though. We age our whiskey at least 2 years, then add extra oak staves to our barrels for a deeper flavor, darker color, and a fuller, more balanced rye whiskey. Our 95% rye whiskey is all the strong, robust, flavor you expect from a rye, but it's unexpectedly well balanced. We think you will be as pleased with the outcome as we are. Cheers!! 90 proof

You may not have heard about Humble’s own little local distillery, but we are tucked away in the woods of Continental Plaza. Closed to the public during the summer months because, let's face it,
it's HOT, but come fall , they will host live bands and tours on Fridays and Saturdays. Stay tuned for trivia night during the week as well!

About Us - A Distilling Legacy
The distilling legacy of Old Humble began in the Netherlands in 1752, where Jean Phillipe Breda was born and became a vintner. Jean ventured to eastern France, where he raised his family, including a son who eventually hopped the pond and trekked his way through the United States to Natchitoches, Louisiana, in the early 1800s. He planted a vineyard and a peach orchard and became the first Breda to distill in America legally.
|
| Fast forward some 220 years, and the Breda name still lives on, as does the tradition of distilling. Just like his ancestors, Joseph Breda began brewing beer and making wine. Winemaking required research and lots of wine tastings. Eventually, one of those wine tastings led to an invitation to a whiskey tasting.
