"SO DISSAPPOINTED! I found this service via Kingwood.com and went to their snazzy website thinking this would be great for me. They have online payment and a blog, etc… Obviously these guys have their stuff together right? WRONG! I registered online where it says “START TODAY.” FYI – “Start Today” means charge my credit card today, which they did. But when I called their office they said they were only in my area Monday’s and Tuesday’s so there would be a $20 fee if I needed them sooner than that. I nicely agreed to that. Two days later my yard still has not been mowed. I call and “Mower Mike” says they can’t do it because their machine is broke. I said fine, and then the following Tuesday when my yard still hasn’t been mowed I called again, and he told me it wouldn’t be until the next day at the earliest. So I ask for a refund because it has been a week and I need to get my yard mowed now. “Mower Mike” agreed but was completely condescending and rude on the phone and then again via e-mail. He gave me my refund, but “kept 4 dollars to pay for the Credit card transaction fees”, and then proceeded to inform me of the following: “‘Start today’ is for a registration form only. Out of 300 customers I refuse to believe you are the only person that cannot understand that.” I never said his machines were not broken, but he gave me his State Farm Claim number just to be rude. So now I am out $4 with an un-mowed lawn and a horrible taste in my mouth from the AWFUL customer service. And BTW, be sure to read their fine print because Mower Mike will quote it at you… “As it says in the terms of service, we do not guarantee the cut days. You had to agree with that before your credit card was ever processed. You also agreed that we do not refund Credit cards.” I’m sorry but this is yard service not brain surgery, AND THEY NEVER MOWED MY YARD."

"I will never use this company again. Not only did they overcharge me but the owner of the company was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. They do not value their customers.

I have used this company a couple of times to fix issues with my irrigation system. The last time I used them I was charged for 1.25 hours rather than the 1 hour that they worked on my property. That might seem insignificant but it equates to $26. After calling and reporting this discrepancy, I was told that even though the workers were done working on my property, they were still sitting in their truck outside my property and I am still responsible for this time because they are recording the work that was completed. Basically, I was being charged $26 for the workers to record what parts were replaced.

In addition to this problem, they damaged my property on another occassion when their yard crew was mowing my neighbors property. They were mowing after an extremely rainy day and used my driveway to access my neighbors yard. The mowers left large ruts in our yard and tore out all the grass seed that we had just planted. I called the company regarding the damage and despite the owner (Corey) telling me that they would look into the damage and follow up with me, he never followed up with me or corrected the problem.

I spoke to the owner (Corey) today regarding these problems, and I have never been treated so poorly by an owner or manager of a company."

"Staff was very un-prossional. Asked to my yard to be serviced and they said they are too busy to take any more customer that do not want to be serviced \'Every Week\'. Amazing. Had to give them 1 star because you can't post a review without at least 1 star."

A+ Atascocita Lawn Services, Inc., has done several projects for my wife and myself. I highly recommend David and his crew. He has the latest equipment to easily take care of your lawn mowing needs and the knowhow to do the rest. My neighbors have made positive comments about what they see in the front yard. Davids work has been an inspiration for them as well. Who could ask for more than that. Thanks David."

"This is one company that you do not want to do business with. I will not go into the whole story, but I will say they were unprofessional. When asked if he gets a Houston City Permit, he said he does not. This is a requirement in the Kingwood area.

Think twice before you sign up with K & A Sprinklers. They may come to your door to install your system & drive away with no explanation because you asked him to wait 5 minutes.

Very disappointing situation."
