"Great Crock Recipe. Left overs freeze well and can be reheated in a saucepan. "
1 lb Stew Beef
1 packet Lipton Beefy onion Soup Mix
2c Cooking Sherry
16 ounces fresh mushrooms cleaned and sliced
1 clove garlic crushed
16 ounces Sour Cream
1 small white onion diced
1 Bag of Egg Noodles
Combine beef, sherry, lipton soup mix, mushrooms, garlic, water and onion in large crock pot. Simmer on low for 4 to 6 hours until meat is done stirring occasionally. Stir in Sour Cream for last 15 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Serve over noodles.
This freezes very well to serve later.
