Raisin Bread French Toast

"Keep cinnamon-raisin bread on hand for this no-fuss French toast. You can have tis breakfast treat on the table in about 10 minutes flat. I keep fresh fruit on hand and serve it on the side."
-1/2 cup egg substitute
-1/4 cup skim milk
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-8 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
-2 teaspoons sifted powdered sugar
-1/2 cup real maple syrup
Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl; stirring well.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place pan over medium heat until hot.
Dip bread slices into egg substitute mixture, coating sides well. Place 4 slices in pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from pan; sprinkle with half of powdered sugar. Repeat with remaining bread slices and sugar. Serve with warm syrup.
