Creamy Egg Scramble

"The best scrambled egg recipe ever!"
-6 large eggs
-1/2 cup milk
-1 (3-oz) package cream cheese, cubed
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-4 green onions, chopped
-3 tablespoons butter
Process first 5 ingredients in an electric blender at medium speed until frothy (7 to 10 seconds). Stir in green onions.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, tilting pan to coat bottom; pour in egg mixture.
Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on bottom. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to form large curds. Cintinue cooking until eggs are thickened, but still moist. (Do not stir constantly)
