Funny, wings used to be used for stock or tossed out. Now you pay more per pound than any other part of the chicken.
@ET: So true. I used to love wings, but seldom eat them any more. But out of curiosity I did try Wingstop. Like I said, they were good. But I have to admit I've been spoiled. I grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, NY, home to the original Buffalo Wings -- the Anchor Bar. Although many have tried to duplicate their recipe I've never tasted one that has even come close. (copy and paste attached link into browser --Â
