Whereas on the whole things work out OK, I do have 3 ongoing "cases" with them that takes up quite a bit of time to be patient, which I have to be because nothing happens in a hurry with them. Furthermore it is frustrating because everything is email and humanoids are difficult to talk to, AND I am merely a peasant to them because I am no longer platinum.
