Same here. This is the first time I've called Dave Martin's office, but my recent 311 calls - regarding the yard destruction/reconstruction by PUCC & lining the sewer pipe -- have had a response of some sort the very next day.Â
@TexasOma: That's one of the things I'm referring to.
Last week, I had a question about verification of my drains after they installed the new liner and a manhole in my yard.
Within minutes a supervisor was in my back yard and tested each drain from my home with dye.
A few minutes after that, the manager (who I called in the first place) was on the phone confirming they had answered my questions to my satisfaction.
Really a change to what I saw a few months ago when they started.
