1What do you get when you cross a pig and a pineapple? Well, a Swineapple of course. If you’re anything like me, you may have been very baffled by this strange food. Even after finding out it’s ingredients, I’m still not sure if it would taste as good as it looks. The Swineapple consists of a pineapple that is wrapped in bacon and stuffed with boneless ribs – three foods that are separately delicious. However, how good would they taste all together?Photo Credit: RedditInterested to find out for yourself? Here are the seven short steps to make your very own Swineapple:1- Hollow out a pineapple.2-Trim the bark off of the pineapple.3- Shove boneless ribs into center of pineapple.4- Wrap the outside in bacon.5- Add your desired spices.6- Smoke the entire thing at 240 for 5 hours. 4951

@Ray:I saw that a while back. It sounds ok...I've just never felt the need to try it. Next time I pick up some pineapples, I'll give it a shot. I do love pineapple by the way...It's one of the few fruits I can eat. Emoticon   4951
