I've never eaten or even seen broccoli rabe, but I love broccoli so maybe I'll try and find some.
Kale is, I'm finding, somewhat of an acquired taste. I love it in salad, with sliced brussel sprouts and other greens, but don't think I would like it cooked. But then I'm not a big fan of any dark greens that are cooked.
@Love2Run: Â I agree. Â I like raw kale in a salad. Â I will eat cooked dark greens (turnip greens, collard greens, spinach, etc) but they are not near the top of my favorites list.I laugh every time the Food Channel has haricot verts. Â They are just green beans, or snap beans, that I've been eating all my life. Â Haricot is French for beans and vert is green.
