Oh don't get me started on these butt-nuts at the humble sprint store. Incompetency at its finest right there.
I've been having problems with the POS phone the insurance sent me...so customer service makes me an appointment yesterday for 5:30 @ the humble sprint store for a technician to look at it. I get there at 5:28 and they tell me to come back in an hour.
What did I make an appointment for if you were not going to be able to accommodate it?
I came back in an hour and explained to the store manager what an appointment was and I think the whole concept went right over his head. It was like I was explaining calculus to someone who can't do basic math.
So two hours later they give me my phone back and say they have to order a new one. Idiots. 4951
