Any if you been to Fajita Jacks on Lake Conroe? My wife and I were thinking of checking it out.
@thetarget9: It was pretty good at the old location across 105, we have not been since they moved to ON THE LAKE. Every weekend it's too crowded and I hate waiting to be seated. They've been there almost a year and still crowded, so to me, that's a good sign they have kept up they service and quality. The atmosphere was and should still be, very pleasant. Sam's Boat is next door and over the years their service and quality has sunk to the bottom of the dumpster. We quit going, even if it is nice to sit outside by the water. They allow smoking out there and inevitability a smoke will be seated next to us. :-(  Report back on Fajita Jacks if you go....we may try going early, before the crowds get there.
