lol I am BORED to death today. DH did a guy at his job a favor and is working late today so I've got DD & nothing to do. Tomorrow is my dad's company picnic though at H&H ranch. We're going to that & it's always fun, but today I am going nuts.

@mm4731:

Giggidy. lol. DH is working late tonight as a favor to a guy he works with? Better? Still kind of pervy.

DD is driving me nuts. She's in one of those 20 questions moods, only it's more like 20 million questions.

Organize the garage or something.

Or do some baking with your daughter. Muffins, granola, cookies, etc. or something your DH loves as a gift for working hard today.

Clean baseboards and chair rails while jamming to some tunes.

We just power cleaned the garage a couple of months ago & have maintained it really well. Maybe I'll go get stuff to bake DH cookies. I thought about taking DD to GiGi's but we had so much cake and junk on Easter. I really don't want to do that too often. I should have woken up early to take her to the zoo or something. Blah.

My parents went to the bluebonnet festival! Did you have fun? They did. Offered to take me & DD but she's 5 & would have been miserable. I ended up taking DD & my mom for pedicures when they got back around 5. About to go to Denny's for a super late dinner when DH gets home.

@Heathur:

Yes I had fun! But I don't know why your DD would be miserable? My 5 year old niece had fun riding the rides there's a petting zoo lots of booths with shopping and food. She was a very good model posing with all the bluebonnets and we sang songs, told stories and played I spy on the drive there and back.
