One side of our home is on the greenbelt. There are about 5 branches that encroach over our house and the backyard. Not only do these branches cause a major pool cleanup in the fall but are also a concern in bad storms. We've trimmed a few back that we could reach with a manual extension saw. Can you suggest a company that would/could justify a few branches to be cut? 4951
@thegoodwife  I copied the info! Thanks so much...Were they reasonable $$$?
@cgm10sne1: Very reasonable a few hundred the second quote was $1400? I think that guy was confused. The $1400 quote came from a guy working on the cedar siding on our house. I'm thinking he thinks you live in Kingwood you must be rich & stupid.................. 4951
It's just a few limbs.............and a couple hundred reasonable for the height and precarious position of the trees and the ladder. Thanks so much! I assume these were trees on YOUR property yes? @thegoodwife ? 4951
I recommend TNT Tree Service 281-236-8733. Â I won a tree trim in a KDC contest. Tim came out and cut down a tree that was dieing and trimmed two other trees and didn't charge me anything.I have another dead tree and will be calling him for that. 4951
This stuff is coming from the reserve (HOA). and some on our property. We had sod put in & it really blocking the sun & the sprinkler b/c it's so dense. 4951
IF the trees are on the greenbelt side,, just call your HOA. that last ice storm we had,, several large branches from trees in the HOA area,, landed in my yard. I called them. they sent out a tree trimming company, and an engineer to check my house. It was quick and easy. My HOA was really nice about it. 4951
