Been having issues with them, service would drop and be out for a few hours a couple times a month. Big deal when you work from home. Had techs come out with no lasting fix. Had a supervisor tech come out on Saturday, did a ton of tests and figured out the line to our house was bad. They ran all new line yesterday. Told us to call him directly if there were any issues. Crossing my fingers its a permanent fix! 4951

@valentine14: I know! I couldnt believe they actually ran the line. I was really expecting another $40 service charge and them to say its my issue. 4951
