I was thinking that lot was too small for a gas station/store, but I drove by there today and it's bigger than I was thinking.I live south of that site and a gas station wouldn't bother me, but it's not right next door either! 4951

We don't have any real confirmation besides a neighbor saying that space is for a future liquor store? This is the first time I've read / heard it's going to be a gas station? 4951

I agree! We own Grifaldo Construction. Those lanes may not be enough for all that traffic coming in. That street needs a stop light. I watch cars in the morning going so fast and almost wreck 😑

Someone here mentioned a meeting in October,, I plan to attend , hopefully to get some more answers. I live in Kingwood too and I'd like to see it not turn into a "Northpark" area back here...we like the small town feel 👍😊 plus there's a school so close too 😟 4951
I agree with what you say. I don't expect the employees to trash the place. I would expect it to be similar to what you see around any place that has plastic bags and fast food. Maybe we will get lucky. You obviously do not drive that area frequently. The traffic has gotten terrible in the last 2 years comparatively.I live there and chose it because it was a neighborhood and not a business area. I'll live. 4951
I think many of us moved "back here" because of the trees, the peace and quiet, and the feeling of being close to yet "away from it all." I doubt most realized the lack of zoning and the lack of quality control that would occur when Houston annexed and Friendswood left. Now trees are leveled and housed smashed in on top of each other. Sad. 4951
