Productivity as defined by the art of production. As in, not what the top 300 people in the world do. They don't produce anything. They own things that produce, because they're allowed to "own" them. They extract wealth from workers that produce. It's telling the guy on the sweat shop, if he works harder the guy that owns the sweat shop can take a longer vacation and buy another sweat shop: that's not incentivizing the party that produces to produce more.

Then they started a business. They would most likely pay some rent and buy products to run their business.
