Anything crunchy:  chips, triscuits, apples.  But I don't feel the least bit guilty about it.  I am a big believer in living a healthy life, but food only takes you so far.  If eating only fresh, organic, non-GMO etc etc food was so healthy, most of my relatives that lived that way wouldn't have died from cancer or heart problems in their 50's and 60's.  The one that lived the longest was my grandmother, who smoked for 60 years, drank coffee all day, and regularly indulged in cheetos... I'm not advocating smoking for 60 years, just saying I don't think it really matters.  It's in the genes, for the most part.  4951

@buffaloglenn:
She was truly blessed not to have wound up with emphysema or obesity (assuming). I agree that it's in the genes, but I also believe that eating processed, gmo's, & **** that's been proven to cause cancer only greatens those chances & in some cases causes cancer in people who don't have it in their genes. Regularly consumed junk food causes a slew of health problems with obesity being the most prominent. That's just my take on food like that though. Emoticon 4951
