Read the book, and wont see the movie.  Didn't like that the woman got by with all she did.  I hate books or movies that don't end with justice being served.  Well I didn't see the movie so maybe the movie's ending is better.

@Fallon: i was disappointed with the ending in the book! Overall i really enjoyed the book though.

I have the book on my iPad but haven't started it yet. I am going to see the movie first so that might be dumb. Emoticon

The premise is very interesting. Affleck is good, so I'm thinking it should be a good flick. 4951

The movie is about people acting by the flesh.  I don't know why someone would sunject themselves to watching such drek.  4951

@Annie....here in Ky. the walk in movies run $10.00 per  person so for hubby & I to go it would cost $20.00 to get in then popcorn & drinks on top of that another $12.00 . We do not think seeing a movie that last about 2 hours is worth over $30.00 . Guess you might say we are budget minded & like to spend our $$ on things that really matter ...like groceries & gas just to mention a few ...so we always wait till the good movies come to Redbox , it usually only takes about 3 months & while we wait  we can hear all the comments about the movie before we actually see it . So no matter how good the movie is we still choose to wait & pay $1.50 to see it instead of $30. +. Some people do not mind spending big bucks to see a flick , but when you get to be our ages ( retirement) you really have to watch where you spend what you have. 4951
