Good for you @murf  I take it that you are still eating healthy and staying the course! How much to date have you lost? Inches?

@cgm10sne1:

Thank you, but eating healthy? not hardly, not even during the diet. just ate less. lunch most days was a grilled bacon and cheese sandwich (350) calories. I ate fudge, portioned into 12 calorie pieces and homemade chocolate chip cookies, 25 calorie pieces.

I have probably gained 5-8 lbs back since I stopped the diet in November, but I do not eat as much as I used to and I still eat whatever I want. If I think I am putting on a bit too much, I up my water intake and start my daily 5 mile, 30 min bike ride and the extra goes away.

no sense in losing weight and feeling better if you are going to be all depreessed by depriving yourself of things you enjoy. that is no way I want to live. I am happy.

I never want to go through through that diet again so I don't plan on putting all that weight back on. 4951

He should get a sleep study done. My DH uses a cpap and it works great. His quality of rest is a thousand a times better than without it. Plus no more loud *** snoring for me to deal with.

@N+T:

God I hated that thing with a passion, could not sleep more than four hours with it. was a glorious day when I was able to sell it! 4951

@cgm10sne1: I would like to add to that (from personal experience) and drink at least 4 bottles of water a day.  Your liver processes fat in your body, your liver requires water to operate and peak performance.  I went through Dr Grayson.     It was hard hard hard.  Limit caloric intake is the only stipulation.  1st month was daily shots of HCG as well.   Lost about 60lbs in 3 months. Got me to limit on the quantity of what I eat, still eat whaatver I want, just not so much of it.  Oh and my sleep apnea went away as well,  (i had quite smoking a month before starting the diet so that might have played a role in the apnea as well)

@Murf:
My husband is doing the HCG diet and loves it. Lost 35 lbs so far.

@N+T:  What is the HCG diet?

@KT0721:

When I get home and am not on this damn tablet, I will write out the whole process I went through. 4951
