>> Northpark has to many trees along the edge,, yes they look nice but it makes drivers stick the cars front out just to see. Then the people driving on NP are going very fast, and then make sudden stops to turn,,, I HATE THAT! Of course they never use a signal until the very last second. Also people trying to exit the parking lots and enter NP have to slam on the gas, just to get moving, because of the speeders.I hate Kingwood traffic and roads. The city needs to cut back some trees, and slow the traffic down some how.
@KTownTexican: North Park is not the only problem area. If you really want to see who the mean and nasty Kingwood drivers are, try riding a motorcycle in Kingwood traffic. Some drivers find it amusing to pull out suddenly, merge over into your lane before signaling and braking to turn without a signal. Sad thing is I often see them smirking or laughing. I hope they never try that with the wrong guy or it could end badly.
@uneasyrider: um,,,, I do ride a motorcycle, every day unless it rains. I have been in your boots. I have had people slam on thier brakes, then hit the signal in the middle of thier turn. I have seen people just change lanes for no reason. I want a loud horn on my bike, and at times a quick release baseball bat.
@KTownTexican: I have a loud horn! I think the drivers around me heard it while I was on the ground after a red Hyundai hit me on WHL a few months back. But seriously things could have been a lot worse based on the unfortunate incident last week. This might be shocking to most people who drive Northpark but I find NP more biker friendly than Kingwood Drive. BTW I don't why I made Northpark 2 words, must be the automatic reaction to spellcheck. Â
@uneasyrider: I agree, NP is more biker friendly. KW drive,, is so bumpy, has hills, and trees which block the view and with that open middle gap its a pain to change lanes.
