I would think the dealer would contact me- I've had 2 other recalls, and they sent me letters for both- 4951

I called robbins chevy about 2 recalls I have on my truck and have yet to hear back! And they have have a recall phone number where you just leave a message. They are about you get an ear full 4951

the dealer will never call. They sold you and got your money,, so you are doneIts the car manufacture who should contact you,,, if your car is registered with them.I always look up my vehicles for stuff like this. 4951

They are basically airbags in the 2000-2008 area from what I read. Honda sent us a notice last year on my dd's 2001 civic, took a week to order the air bag, but they did the work. Screwed up Herr battery in the process, said it wasn't a Honda battery, so tough stuff.
Not a fan of the Kingwood Honda dealer at all. 4951

I have two recalls on my car too, airbag being one of them. I really need to schedule a day off and just get them taken care of. Sigh. 4951
