This was weird...
so I call suddenlink to pay my bill,,, I talk to the guy, who says he can upgrade my internet and lower my bundle payment,, and save me money. He said that the rate for internet, cable, and telephone are all going up anyway.
So he changed my service,,, in the middle of talking to him I lose phone service.
I call back,, get phone, but now not internet
call back,, lose phone and internet
call back get ahold of 4th person, said my phone was not connecting, and internet was slow, but not connecting... so they sent a tech.
of course we reset the modem several times
A tech comes out a few hours later,, he cant figure it out. he calls over another tech.. they check everything,, still cant figure out why its not working. Replace the modem which made things worse.. now no cable,,, and the alarm does not work due to phone
Finally after a few hours,, they replace with a new fancy upgraded modem,,
it works!
all that after just paying my bill
