Can someone tell me why....why can't this president be impeached? Is it because of the mega elite and wealthy pulling the strings in our pathetic government? Why does left wing and right wing media cow toe to this person. Who is pushing this agenda. People are about to suffer in ways unimaginable. People who had a fighting chance at cancer will die because of ACA. The government is crooked, the elite puppeteers are going for world domination. I was reading info wars.com and a article discussing the elite Pulling strings for their agenda for many many decades. We are in some scary times folks....it makes me glad I'm on the last quarter of my life. I am disheartened....but I am **** off more so. I have evil thoughts and fantasize about the demise of this administration. Race has nothing to do with it. Period. That is all rant over...carry on. 4951

I agree wholeheartedly. Except I'm just entering only the second quarter of my life, and I fear that scary things that happened in "history" are happening again right before our eyes. The parallels between Obama and Hitler are undeniable. 4951

What has he done exactly that is an impeachable offense?TreasonAccording the U.S. Code, treason involves a person who has sworn allegiance to the country, yet levies war against the U.S. A person who adheres to enemies and aids them inside or outside of the U.S. have committed treason. Treason can be punishable by death as well as imprisonment.BriberyBribery is the act of promising, giving, receiving or agreeing to receive money or some other item of value with the aim of influencing a public official in discharge of his official duties. Even if an official does not follow through with a bribe, he can still be accused and tried for the crime.High Crimes and MisdemeanorsThe charge of high crimes and misdemeanors usually applies to an array of offenses. Misuse of office and improper conduct can be seen as reasons for impeachment. Because the House of Representatives conducts the indictment of the president, it must determine whether the offense fits under this category. Johnson and Clinton were impeached under these circumstances. However, both presidents were acquitted after a trial.Constitutional ProvisionsArticle I, sections 2 and 3 of the U.S. Constitution lay the groundwork for the impeachment process. The House of Representatives can indict the president on impeachable offenses with a majority vote from the members. Once indicted, the president must be tried by the Senate. With the chief justice of the Supreme Court presiding over the hearing, a two-thirds majority vote from the Senate can remove the president from office after the trial has been conducted. 4951

I don't see a reason to impeach him. He is not a good president but I think we need to get some perspective. Comparing him to Hitler is just crazy, imo. He lacks leadership, Obamacare is a mess, his tax policies are bad but he is no Hitler. In all fairness (very difficult to get that here) the economy is doing better and unemployement is slowly improving.  4951

What?.....I,m not going to get into debate, but can you explain to me your take on how the ACA is going to benefit anyone? Can you tell me where you got the numbers on the unemployment....and what channel you are watching. I make a point to listen to both sides via fox, cnn and actually last evening I got on a African American forum just to see what those folks were saying. Numbers are doctored, we don't know the truth...because We Can't handle the truth. @notfromhere

@fofa this administration is changing our constitution. If this admin had its way, the president could be in the office as long as he wants. This is a travesty. Our country is going to hell. Birth school work death. No more free enterprise, no more freedom to create our individual wealth. I'm just ready to find a deserted island and pitch camp. 4951

The similarities are terrifying, the conclusion inevitable. On March 23, 1933, the German
Parliment met to consider passing a bill that Adolf Hitler had created called the Enabling Act. It was officially called the 'Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich.' Why were the
German people in such distress? Because their government was in utter chaos, and the German
leaders wanted to reassure the people that everything would be ok. The only fly in the ointment
was that the Nazis had, behind the scenes, caused the distress themselves by creating the crisis, so that they could step in and solve it. Sound familiar? 4951

this administration is changing our constitution

@cgm10sne1: There are essentially two ways spelled out in the Constitution for how to propose an amendment. One has never been used. The first method is for a bill to pass both houses of the legislature, by a two-thirds majority in each. Once the bill has passed both houses, it goes on to the states. This is the route taken by all current amendments. Because of some long outstanding amendments, such as the 27th, Congress will normally put a time limit (typically seven years) for the bill to be approved as an amendment (for example, see the 21st and 22nd).The second method prescribed is for a Constitutional Convention to be called by two-thirds of the legislatures of the States, and for that Convention to propose one or more amendments. These amendments are then sent to the states to be approved by three-fourths of the legislatures or conventions. This route has never been taken, and there is discussion in political science circles about just how such a convention would be convened, and what kind of changes it would bring about.Regardless of which of the two proposal routes is taken, the amendment must be ratified, or approved, by three-fourths of states.

Hitler promised the German people that the government would "make use of these powers only insofar as they are essential for carrying out vitally necessary measures...The number of cases in
which an internal necessity exists for having recourse to such a law is in itself a limited one." So
the German congress voted on the bill, with the end result being the legal destruction of the
German Democratic Republic. The bill gave Hitler enormous, unprecedented powers to do as he
saw fit for the government of the German people. It was the act that offically created a legal
dictator who was answerable to no one. The people cheered, and National Socialism became the
law of the land from that day forward. source - The History Place 4951

Both Hitler and Obama held rallies in outdoor stadiums to excite and inflame the people's passions. Frequently women would faint or break into tears.
•
Both Hitler and Obama wrote ghost-written autobiographies prior to the start of theri run for political office. Hitler wrote Mein Kampf (My Struggle), and Obama wrote Dreams Of My Father. Both men then wrote a second book talking about their goals
for German and America. Hitler wrote A New World Order, and Obama wrote The Audacity of Hope.
•
Both Hitler and Obama originally had last names that were changed later in life. Hitler used to be Schickelbruber, and Obama's last name was Soetoro.
•
Both Hitler and Obama hid their real identies. Hiter had a Jewish ancestry, and Obama
a Muslim one. But unlike Hitler, Obama flaunted his Muslim roots in his start as a politician in order to defuse the inevitable firestorm. His ploy of "hiding in plain sight" worked very well.

•
Both Hitler and Obama's supporters followed them blindly, and without question
•
Both Hitler and Obama used political power and coercion to conceal and hide their birth certificates from coming to public view. Hitler made his disappear, and Obama is unwilling and unable to produce his long-form birth certificate.
•
Both Hitler and Obama advocate using young people as a driving force to create an "army" of youth dedicated to their Ideals. Hitler had his Hitler Youth, and Obama his
Obama Youth Brigade.

•
Both Hitler and Obama were known for their tremendous oratorical skills
•
Both Hitler and Obama received Messianic comparisons, and both men had songs of adoration written about them and for them.
•
Like Hitler, Obama rules in direct disregard to the will and wishes of the people.
•
Like Hitler, Obama has an obvious distaste for the Jews, and sides with the Muslims every chance he gets.
•
Both Hitler and Obama were able to mezmerize the people even when it was obvious that what they were saying was not true.
•
Both Hitler and Obama used domestic terrorists to launch their careers. Hitler had his Brown Shirts from his beer hall days, and Obama had people like Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, and Rashid Khalidi.
•
Like Hitler, Obama advocates using murder as a means of population control. 4951

@cgm10sne1: Let me just say, I am NOT a fan of this administration.
However One must be realistic in the approach of what is actually within the law, and what might be outside the said law.We may not like the actions being taken, so work towards getting someone else elected, if you truly want to make a difference.A good start is to get a facebook page, and start following politicians you like. Keep abreast of what they are saying and doing. Also those you don't like, so you also know what they are doing.2008 election cycle, Gingrich was a hoot to follow, loved his posts. So you can vent here, we appreciate it, but lets get real on the actual legalities of what is happening. 4951
