I like mustard on Turkey.  I worked with a woman who also worked p/t in a Deli & she brought lunch one day & had put mustard on the turkey  & it stuck. She was from Switzerland so I thought maybe that's their custom. But my sandwich will be turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce with mayo. I wait all year for that. 4951

@goodwife - that is the perfect sammy. We also do a turk/broc casserole, and turk/noodles...that is only if the sandwiches didn't use it all. 4951

We normally split it up, and use some for a turkey soup, and then have the rest for sammies or to enjoy with the remaining leftovers.... 4951

I make "turkey salad" . take all the left over turkey & put in in your food processor & grind it up , then place in into a bowl ...add celery & onion that has been chopped , enough mayo to your liking & now you are ready to make your sandwich . add what ever you like to your sandwich , I just like salt, pepper & lettuce.....delicious ! 4951
