I heard that Starbucks will be having a cup for sale for about that price. Â Refills will be free during the month of January...will it pay for itself though?Maybe...$2/day for 30 days....you end up paying $20 for a nice cup, lol.I want to know how many they sell. 4951
Years ago I worked with a woman who's brother-in-law had an organic farm, this was before the craze & the government standards at that time weren't stringent. I don't know what the government standards are now, but I bet things haven't changed that much. So what does it take to use "organic" on your product? 4951
If you want to do organic, belong to a co-op. One that inspects the source. And yes there is one like that here in Kingwood. But It's by invitation...Got an organic bird for around 30 dollars... from a source with known feed and conditions.2.39 a pound. So around 50 for a 21 pound bird. Cheaper than HEB. 4951
Hormones are illegal to use in poultry and eggs. Why organic? I don't bother buying organic poultry and eggs, it's a scam to me. I could care less if chickens aren't on a organic diet. 4951
One cool thing about having a deep freeze. We catch Turkey and Ham on sale. I heard someone at work trying to comfort their wife about how much she paid for the Turkey on Friday. 4951
