Silly, it's really simple.
Get a whole chicken and a box or two of organic low sodium chicken broth. Cut up fresh garlic,Carrots, celery and half a bunch of fresh parsley. Throw it all in a large soup pot and add enough water to go 3/4 of the way filled. Add salt, pepper and a couple bay leaves. Bring to a boil and cook about an hour til the chicken is tender. Remove it and shred the chicken off the bones and return the meat to the soup. Cook another hour or two. I put some in a smaller pot and add those Amish egg noodles, SO good! 4951
