There are some meds that have been approved over seas that you can order online.
But what the movie explained is that these drugs for men did increase blood flow which in studies didn't show much improvement on women's orgasm results. I think your doctor can prescribe Viagra for women's sexual dysfunction if you wanted to try it. Some companies were working on testosterone patches and sprays but the increased risk for breast cancer and other diseases prevented the FDA from approval.
Unfortunately it's just normal for a lot of women to not be able to achieve orgasm through intercourse. Only through other means. Whoever solves that mystery will make gazillions.
