That's when their stomach twists and becomes like a knot. It can be very dangerous. Surgery can fix it but it has a tendency to reoccur. Some breeds are more vulnerable, the deep chested ones like Bassets. Emoticon 4951

He has been x rayed something foreign in his stomach. Waiting to find out if surgery is needed. 4951

Thanks everyone !!!   I have to take him back at 7:30 in the morning...  At that time they will determine if surgery is needed to remove it....  CRAZY day I tell ya !!!   I dropped Molly off at the Huffman vet this morning to be spayed... and I end up at the Kingwood clinic with Mufassa...ughhhh its looking like at 700.00 day !!!!!   Emoticon 4951
