Does anybody do either?  I have been doing both lately.  The juicer is much harder to clean but easier to drink. 4951

@FoFa: Why do you say less nutrients?  I figure when juicing you use more veggies since with blending the fiber fills you up.
I like both but tonight I juiced because DS needed a pick me up.  However he didn't drink much juice.  I on the other hand drank too much since they didn't drink much. 4951

@mogopups: The "fiber" part usually have some nutrients the non-fiber parts do not.
Also typically you also take in more calories with plain juice because you do not have the filler from the fiber. Now I am not saying it is all that big a deal, I don't do either because there typically too many calories in them the way I like them. You won't see me drinking grass (yech), so for me I just stay away all together. 4951

I juice because I find with blending, I use more fruit, so it's too much sugar. I don't have a blender that blends veggies. But when I juice, I tend to do about 80% veggies, 20% fruit. I like it and don't mind cleaning the juicer. It comes apart and goes back together easily. 4951

Blending is better.  Steroids have negative side effects. 4951

I do both and go through periods of liking one more than the other.  I love spinach and kale when blending.  I need more protein so I blend more than juice(I add flax seed and non fat greek yogurt)   4951
