Why do you all nag so much, about things, that us men had no control over, or were not at home, when it happened?????

Why do you question us, about something, your kid probably did?

I dont know.. in my house, Michael is the nagger, worrier, anal retentive one. I'm too laid back to worry about much.

Since we've been married, I've worked with my wife to make her tough and independent.  She deals with the auto mechanic for any problems with her car.  I let her deal with some of the contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) when we have work done.  She doesn't nag me about anything.  If she did, she knows I would tell her "If it bothers you, do it yourself". 4951

@Retired_Engineer That's pretty much the way it works around here. LOL  If it bugs me then I take care of it, if the job I do bugs him he redoes it....eventually. Emoticon 4951

@Nurse3: yeah here too. Dh travels too much for me to nag. If I can't fix it then I get it to the point where it can wait for his expertise.

I've always been independent even when I was married, I would just take care of the matter and then tell him how much it just cost him! 4951

Ummm. We can't help it. I've really made an effort to not b***h or nag much, and I think it helps our marriage.

That being said, I restrain myself a LOT. 4951

I usually watch enough youtube videos to solve the problem myself. I know when to call a professional for help. 4951

Have you tried actually discussing it with her? You might be surprised at what communication can do. Emoticon

No nagging here.  We discuss stuff.  Life's too short to turn your home into an uncomfortable place. Communication & laughter is the way we do it.   Sometimes men think woman are nagging but if they listen the first time & weren't so bull headed trying to be the ruler, things could go smoother. Drop your guard, you aren't always correct. 4951

I hate the word nag. When men use that word they think it gives them an automatic pass to not have to listen to what we are saying. 4951

@BooBear: do you have the sexy whine or annoying whine?

@mm4731:

Sexy whine of course. That goes without saying. 4951
