Came highly recommended, but I didn't like it at all. Ended up throwing it away. Had no flavor. 4951

Good/great cheese is not overly hyped and mass advertised in prime-time commercial spots by the big companies. In fact, skip the manufactured cheese and check out the specialty cheese case. HEB has a very good selection.  Hubbell and Hudson in the Woodlands and Central Market both have great selections. 4951

Me too. I love me some cheese. I have a couple friends who are on a diet where they eliminate all dairy. I don't know how they do it.

@donnatella: HEB does have a great cheese selection!

FYI, if you've never had this, it's a must-try for cheese lovers and HEB now carries it. It's called Brun-Uusto cheese (sometimes called "bread cheese") and it's made with a "crust" (I don't know how..there's no bread or anything on it) similar to toasted bread. It's literally "grilled cheese." lol You basically take the whole block and throw it on a non-stick pan (or a grill) and grill it on both sides until bubbly, then slice it...so good with sliced green apples, red grapes and a good white wine!  I was shocked to find it at HEB. The jalapeno one is ridiculous. It looks like this in the package:

Then like this when you grill it:
