anybody have a good recipe?  I made a pumpkin banana bread from the Libby website but it was just ok.  Nothing fabulous or worth making again. 4951

How about Linguine with Chipotle Pumpkin Cream Sauce?No I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds pretty good.Recipe Link 4951

I can't eat cream sauces.  They don't agree with me. Now maybe a pumpkin ravioli would be interesting.  But not sure about the sauce for it. 4951

Depends on why you can't eat a "Cream" sauce.That recipe is made with Almond Milk and no other dairy (but I assume you could put cheese on it if you wished to). 4951

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking soda2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground allspice1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves3 cups white sugar1 cup canola oil4 eggs beaten2 cups solid pack pumpkin2/3 cup waterPreheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease two loaf pans.In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and cloves.In a large bowl with an electric mixer, blend sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in pumpkin. Slowly blend the flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. While blending the mixture add water incrementally. Pour the batter into two prepared loaf pans.Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F  oven for 90 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pans. 4951

@ally.  That recipe looks good.  I bet the nutmeg, cloves and all spice give it that fall flavor.  4951

Many of the ingrediants are in pumpkin pie...so same taste but in bread form. Emoticon 4951
