@KTownTexican: I thought it looked like that too.  It's a breathing apparatus.

@mogopups:  I've had mine for about 3 years.  What's your question/issue?  PM me if you prefer.CPAP  stands for Continous Positive Air Pressure.  It's a device to prevent sleep apnea.

@KTownTexican: You can get one that just uses a nasal canulus, instead of the full face version.

You need a prescription to get one, they are setup for each person. And if ONLY snoring is the problem, most likely this is not the solution.I could not even buy the mask when mine broke without the prescription.Don't ask, seems like overkill to me, but I guess that is why they can charge $600 for a fancy fan, basically. 4951

@mogopups:  I use mine every night, so I can't loan you mine.  I don't know if you can buy a CPAP machine without a doctor's prescription.  A Pulminologist will do an initial screening.  Then they usually have you spend the night at a sleep center where they hook you up and monitor every life-sign while you sleep. The results showed that I stopped breathing frequently during the night.  After my doctor reviewed those results, he sent me back to the sleep center. This time, they monitored me while wearing a CPAP mask.  They have several types and sizes of masks, so they try them for the best fit.  Mine has certainly helped me.  I would stop breathing dozens of times each night and would wake up very tired.  The doctor also decides what pressure the machine should be set at.

@FoFa:  I know how you felt.  The Doc said I stopped breathing hundreds of times each night.  I thought he was exaggerating.
