Go ask Danny Signorelli with the valley ranch development who he is in negotiations with then? It only makes sense for HEB to be an anchor store in an area it does not have one now..Let me further add that HEB could have had the spot where Kroger's is now, as that came open when the Costco deal fell through because the demo's would not support the spmh (sales per man hour) for Costco. There is no HEB in East Montgomery County, which is slated to be the fastest growing county in the Houston area with the grand parkway, the freindswood development "tavola" with over 2, 000 homesites in roman forest and the gran texan amusement/water park all slated to open in 2015!! 4951
