Going to a Prime Rib and Pasta Buffett at the Deerwood Club house. Going with 2 other families, and I am so looking forward to this.Going to start making up spaghetti sauce tomorrow. I make 18 qt at a time. Going to be a long day of cooking tomorrow. I put it all in my roasting oven and let it cook for 24 hours. I like to keep this stocked up in my freezer for a quick meal.
@Fallon: My husband does that too, he'll start the sauce & wiil make meatballs. He buys roughly 5-6 lbs of ground beef, it makes anywhere from 75 to 85 meatballs. So we have bags of sauce & meatballs and then just bags of sauce. And that buffet tonight sounds really good. Where is that? Is it open to the public?
