I had to take my electrical test this week. The guy that wrote the test is an electrical engineer and was the head of TTI. He is known for writing tests that are worded to purposefully throw even experienced electrical engineers. During the schooling, I regularly stumped the instructor, who is also an electrical engineer and did subsea military mines that use the Earth's electrical current as it warps around submarines and vessels to set them off. This guy KNOWS his stuff. Several times in the class I'd throw out scenarios and ask questions that he would reply with "I'll get back with you on that." and he would have to search the internet a flip through books and make phone calls to other electrical engineers to figure out my questions. When it came to the test... I aced it. 100% WOO HOOOO! I was told that I was the only person that has done it. I caught every one of his trick questions. I'll admit that I did have to read the entire test and give a first answer then go back and answer every answer again and verify that I wasn't going to miss anything. I would have missed 1 had I not known that he was determined that everybody misses something. I've been informed that they are now in the process of rewriting the test. LOL I'm pretty sure that the engineer doesn't like me anymore. Unfortunately I still have to take more classes from him. I was informed that I'll be receiving a 40% pay increase now. ...I hope so. 4951
