@Heathur, most women gamers I know are fairly represented in The Guild, especially in Clara's character
@KellyG:
I don't know about that. I've only seen a few episodes but what I've seen, I liked. I don't watch tv, I game on my downtime. First & third person shooters are my fav. though I'll give anything with good reviews & a good storyline a chance. I own both an Xbox 360 & ps3 though predominately use my 360. Ive also preordered my xbox one & plan on getting a ps4 a year after it comes out. I get excited about e3, the VGA's, I subscribe to game informer & know my stuff about games, statistics, distributors, characters, story lines, etc. I do play online & am better than most dudes, lol. I play in whatever's comfy & curse like a sailor, lol. I do constantly deal with the "omg you're a chick." "Go make me a sandwich" crap along with the "hey sexy" & "show me your boobs" messages (even though for all they know I've got a unibrow & summer teeth, lmao) but I've also got a close group of guys I game with who always have my back & treat me like they'd treat anyone else. I also have a best friend who is also a chick who I play with. I genuinely love gaming & can't imagine not playing. People who don't game tend to view it negatively but there's no real difference between watching tv for a couple of hours & gaming for a couple of hours. That's just me though.
