@OhHappyPets: Nah. Â They've been around a lot longer than we have. Â Don't feed them, don't mess with them, and they'll mind their own business. Â Every one I've seen out around East End Park has been real skittish and wanted nothing to do with being near people. 4951
Just had one of my drivers pull in the yard and I asked him what happened to the bumper on his truck, said he hit a 6 foor gator, he was gonna stop and check the damage, but then saw another one crossing the road, said he just kept on rollin 4951
Ya, till they run out of critters to eat in that little pond. Then the neighborhood cats, dogs, & all those cute little ducks start going missing. 4951
Those gators have been in that pond since at least 2006 when I lived in Summerwood. They never bothered anyone. I would see at least one almost every morning when I drove down WLH to the Beltway. 4951
Yes...eat all the cats and the coons......  I remember kayaking in a Sheldon tributary with my brother a few years back. I didnt think it was a good idea at the time but there we were. My paddle kept knocking on something on my right so I turned and looked down into the water and there was a gator looking right up at me.  My bud and i used to fish lake Livingston way up on the north end. In this one cove we had a good 8 footer follow the boat all day as we fished the shoreline. 4951
