I don't know what the mediterranean restaurants do but rosted cauliflower is yummy. Â Roasting makes just about any veggie better.Â

Came out so nice. I first dropped the cauliflower in hot water then drained it and coated with olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Put it in a baking dish in a hot oven. The oils kind of fried it on the outside. Turning it brown and carmelized. 4951
