I wanted to give everyone a heads up on a local buisness. Back in November my wife went to Message Envy on Kingwood Drive in the Randells parking lot for the first time. She has not been back since that day, and we had noticed that we had an unauthorized charge of $59 on our credit card in Febuary. She has called and emailed them multiple times within the last 2 weeks. We still haven`t heard back from them about the charge. I went in the store today and still couldn`t get any answers other than a manager would be calling us back. I called the credit card company to file a fraud charge and found out the they charged our credit card again in March for another $59. Has anyone else had this problem with them? If you go in there, I would suggest that you watch your credit card statements.  4951
If you dispute the charge with the credit card company, massage envy will have to prove you signed a contract with them. I think they will have 30 days to prove it and then the charges will be reversed. 4951
I talked to the bank earlier and filed fraud charges. The charges were credited back to my account and the cards were cancelled and reissued. I wanted to give everyone a heads up to watch and make sure that it doesn`t happen to anyone else. 4951
the secret to massage envy is to get you to sighn up for a cheap $29 massage,, then they have you sign a year contract,,, she probably signed a contract,,, go ask to see your file 4951
