@Zokomo:

Loved mine just hated the bulkiness of it. I hear the life cases are awesome too. Those are even water proof! 4951

Lifeproof cases are $80. I had one, now have the Otterbox Commuter. I like the Otterbox better for weight, ease of application and, at half the price of Lifeproof, the value.

Unless you use your phone in the pool, I prefer the Otterbox. 4951

I like a simple plastic (gel or silicon) case to offer a better grip, and a belt holster to carry it around it.But then, I have a Droid, if I had an iPhone, I would just throw it away and run down and get an Android device Emoticon 4951

I have a simple black textured silicone/gel case by Belkin, and it has worked great. Picked it up at the Verizon store where they had a large variety. Personally, the hard OtterBox style case just doesn't work for me. 4951

I'm all about the lifeproof case. I am really rough on phones. I have washed them, dropped them in my spa, dropped them in the toilet, had one thrown out a window, run over, smashed with a cinder block, spilled beer on one, the list goes on and on. I honestly could not tell you how many phones I've been through the last 14 years.

If this iphone that i got a few weeks ago lasts longer than six months, then you know it is worth the 80 bucks. 4951

@PedroDePacas: Man, Pedro, do you moonlight as an action movie star? Or have you just made a lot of women mad? Emoticon

I have an Otter box for my iphone, it is good for me.  Wish it was easier to clean.  My DH has a cover that charges the iphone and then has a second charge available too.  I will have to ask what brand it is if you want to know. 4951

Otter box or Lifeproof... You can find both online in the 30.00+/- range. Cheaper than replacing a phone. I broke my Otterbox but the phone did not have a scratch on it. 4951

@N+T:  I think that's the Juice Box. Great idea for a case but I was not a fan of how much bulk it added to the phone. There are times I really wish I had one though!
