I like how every time it's woman-on-woman student/teacher rape, the gender of the rapist is not emphasized and the term "rape" and "assault" never occurs.
@EvanCarroll: The charge of "rape" does not exist in most state penal codes anymore since it is easier to charge and convict someone of "aggravated sexual assault". The legal definition of "rape" requires that the prosecution prove penetration and actual intercourse, ....., so that would make it difficult to charge a woman with "rape", hence the wording inappropriate contact, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, etc.... Another point to know, and this one is free, is that statistically most men who committ rape do it out of the need to exert "control" and not for sexual gratification, but women who committ sexual assault do it for sexual gratification, fulfillment of fantasies, or revenge towards being assaulted themselves earlier in life. OR, they recently read the book "50 Shades of Gray" series. 4951
