@Zokomko You do track calories on it. You enter your current wt, goal wt, activity level and how much you want to lose per week. I put 1 pound/week. It gives me 1350 calories a day. It has a place to track meals and snacks. You can put in anything like "Weight watchers chicken enchiladas" and it pulls up all the nutrition info, deducts it from your day, and shows you what you have left. Being an expert dieter, and even working professionally in the weight loss industry, I know what the best choices are and have been sticking to them. I like it because you can have an occasional glass of wine, or bday cake for example, as long as you keep track of it.
